Responsibilities

• Drive safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations through best-in-class maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Leverage CMMS technology, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement practices to ensure work is well-defined, properly resourced, and executed on time.
• Optimize shutdowns and outages.
• Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance culture.
• Align maintenance activities with operational priorities and BU performance goals.
