Duties/Responsibilities
- Sales / Marketing - Ensure personal appearance and property appearance are at Walton standards.
- Resident Relations - Complete service requests and preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
- Maintenance - Manage community appearance, maintain maintenance shop, and update logs.
- Equipment - Assist with playground inspections and maintain pool according to standards.
Personal Competencies
- Education & Certifications - HVAC Certified, Certified Pool Operator, Certified.
- Experience/Requirements - Extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC service and repair, plumbing and electrical, pool maintenance.
- Tools - Possess own tools required for the job.
- Physical Abilities - Ability to work in heat/cold, stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, drive own vehicle.
