Maintenance Engineer
About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and operated efficiently. The role also involves commissioning, installation, and developing standards and training for new equipment.
Responsibilities
- Works with contractors to ensure safety and accuracy of work.
- Provides support for the installation, training, and repair of equipment.
- Assists in the identification and procurement of new equipment.
- Obtains specifications and design information of new equipment.
- Identifies and implements options for equipment retrofits and repairs.
- Supports process improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and/or operations equipment.
