About the role
The role involves maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical inspections and repairs
- Install and upgrade lighting fixtures
- Handle plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
