About the role
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing all building systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Respond to emergency repairs and service calls promptly.
- Install and troubleshoot new equipment as needed.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment for maintenance work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
