Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, and repairs manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
- Conducts complex maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment.
- Maintains repair and maintenance records.
- Troubleshoots problems and resolves complex and high priority issues.
- Performs general plantwide housekeeping duties including cleaning the floors.
- Bends conduit and runs basic electrical circuits according to prints provided.
- Uses welding/cutting equipment (stick and/or mig, oxy-acetylene, Plasma cutter, grinders, etc.).
- Rebuilds pumps/cylinders from supplied prints.
- Performs Monthly Preventative Maintenance on production/facility equipment.
- Uses pipe threading equipment.
- Troubleshoots/repairs mechanical power train components (conveyors, bearings, gears, gearboxes, and shafts).
- Troubleshoots and repairs complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Reads electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic symbols and prints.
- Reads PLC ladder logic symbols and instructions.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in maintenance activities.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, saws, pneumatic tools).
- Strongly Preferred: Completion of MFT103 Industrial Robots & PLCs, IDM 210 Hydraulics & Pneumatics, HAC 107 Electrical Controls and Circuitry, and MFT 201 PLC Manufacturing Systems.
- Allen Bradley Micrologix, SLC 500, and RSLOGIX 500 experience is highly desired.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay ranges from $31.42-$40.00/hr depending on maintenance grade classification.
- We have immediate opportunities for Afternoon and Midnight Shift for currently enrolled students seeking full time work.
- Pay Range 36.00 - 44.00
