About the role
The PMO team is responsible for managing and executing projects across multiple sites. This includes coordinating resources, ensuring project timelines are met, and providing support to various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project plans and standards
- Provide regular updates on project status
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with project risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with project cost estimation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
