Maintenance Director- LTC Experience in LTC/ SNF required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Management experience in Long Term Care Nursing Home required
• Knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment required
• Ability to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to facility required
• Knowledge of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan required
• Follows policies and procedures required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for budget, accounts payable, department employees, reports and required documentation
• Preventative Maintenance program responsible, ensures compliance according to local, state and federal regulations
• Maintains all facility equipment in a safe and functioning manner
• Maintains furnishings and grounds, plumbing and electrical fixtures responsible
• Fire safety responsible
• Quality Improvement and Department Head meetings participates in
