Maintenance Director (Full-Time) - Northlake House

About the role

The Maintenance Director is responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of an Assisted Living community at Northlake House in Charlotte.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, and other repairs.
• Work autonomously and responsibly while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Requirements

• Two years of related maintenance experience preferred, with formal training in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing, and cleaning.
• Valid state driver’s license and/or CDL license based on property requirements and state laws.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism.
• Willingness to seek out new methods and incorporate them into existing maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely drive and operate a van or larger vehicle.
