Maintenance Director

About the role

The Forum at the Crossing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Maintenance Director to join their team. This role involves supervising and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining the community's cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes.
• Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; ensure all systems are in good repair and free from hazards.
• Provide quality laundry service.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• At least one year of prior experience in maintenance supervisory roles required.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
