About the Role

The Maintenance Director manages all maintenance duties for Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS. This role is part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the physical plant
• Conduct preventative and restorative maintenance duties
• Negotiate and contract with outside vendors
• Follow Federal, State, County, and City codes and regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations
• One year of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, resolving conflicts, etc.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English
• Experience performing Maintenance Director duties in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Experience using an electronic work order system
