Maintenance Director

About the role

As the Maintenance Director, you will work to maintain and improve the upkeep of our physical plant and participate in scheduling and preventative maintenance planning. You will be the expert among the staff about all aspects of the facility and its property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the upkeep of the physical plant
• Participate in scheduling and preventative maintenance planning
• Work as the expert on all aspects of the facility and its property
• Work in a multi-floor building and elevators
• Work with boilers and chillers
• Work in a healthcare setting and a fast-paced environment
• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff

Qualifications

• Experienced with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, small remodels, painting and other basic repair work
• Experience working with a multi-floor building and elevators
• Experience working with boilers and chillers
• Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living, or Hotel setting preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus
