About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all aspects of the maintenance department
- Maintain the facility and grounds to meet all related safety codes
- Monitor and follow equipment and systems maintenance schedules
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of facility maintenance experience
- 5 years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting (an associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar field is preferable)

Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of facility maintenance experience. An associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar field is preferable.
