Position Requirements
- Must be dependable and on time for work
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
- Must be willing to respond to call-ins and emergency situations
- Must be a team player and work well with fellow employees
- Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
- Must be able to operate mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and other associated maintenance tools and equipment
- Must be willing to perform a variety of general maintenance duties
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude
