Maintenance General

About the role

Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work. Works on plant facilities using hand and power tools. May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience building metal‑framed walls
• Minimum 5 years experience repairing drywall
• Minimum 5 years experience painting walls
• Minimum 5 years experience building wood‑framed walls
• Minimum 5 years experience remodeling office space or home repair
• Safety shoes, goggles, and leather gloves required
