Maintenance Custodian II -Closes October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Position Title: Maintenance Custodian II -Closes October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM (but we ignore title heading) - Department: Facilities - Reports Directly to: Maintenance Custodian Supervisor - Status: Non-exempt; Full-time - Salary: $16.00 (presumably per hour) - Summary Of Duties: list of duties. - Working Conditions: Normal working hours Monday to Friday 6am-3:00 pm with one-hour unpaid lunch break. Shifts may change to morning, late morning, evening, night shifts, rotating shifts, depending on need. Additional hours, weekends, holidays may be required. - Physical Demands: Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. Must be able to climb a ladder where applicable. Must be able to stand, bend, or kneel for hours at a time. - Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate and use Janitorial tools and equipment. Knowledge of the qualities and uses of various cleaning, sanitizing, stripping, and waxing compounds. Strong communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal, team building, and decision-making skills. - Required Documents: UTTC Application, Cover Letter, Resume, Unofficial Copies of College Transcripts, Valid Driver’s License (must submit a copy) - Opening Date: August 26 2026 - Closing Date: October 1, 2026 10:00 pm (note earlier said 5:00 PM but later 10:00 pm; we preserve both? The posting says Closes October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM then later Closing Date: October 1, 2026 10:00 pm. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both maybe as note. But we should not duplicate lines. We'll include both as separate sentences. - Additional Information: includes EEO statement etc which we should remove as boilerplate (EEO/equal-opportunity). Also includes visa sponsorship statement etc - that's legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also includes application instructions (online, email, mail) - we should remove application instructions. Also includes transcript request info - that's part of application instructions; remove. We need to keep substantive info: duties, working conditions, physical demands, minimum qualifications, knowledge & skills, required documents, salary, schedule (working hours), maybe benefits? No benefits mentioned. Pay: we have salary $16.00 (hourly). So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: we have normal working hours Monday-Friday 6am-3pm with one-hour unpaid lunch; shifts may change; additional hours weekends holidays may be required. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: none mentioned, so omit. Qualifications: we have Minimum Qualifications (high school diploma, ND driver's license). Could also treat as Qualifications section. Requirements: maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge & Skills? But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. - About the role: could include summary of position, department, reports to, status, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe physical demands? Or maybe required documents? But typical: Requirements could be licenses, etc. However we have Minimum Qualifications separate. Let's map: About the role: Department, Reports to, Status (Non-exempt; Full-time), maybe summary. Responsibilities: the duties list. Requirements: maybe physical demands? Or maybe "Must be able to lift to 50 lbs..." etc. Could also include "Must have a valid ND Drivers License and be insurable". But that's more qualification. Let's think: Usually Requirements are things like physical demands, availability, etc. Qualifications are education/experience. Skills are knowledge/skills. Thus: - Requirements: Physical Demands (lift 50 lbs, climb ladder, stand/bend/kneel), Working Conditions (shifts, weekends, holidays). Could also include "Must be able to work under pressure" but that's skill. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (high school diploma or equivalent, valid ND driver's license, insurable). - Skills: Knowledge & Skills (knowledge of janitorial methods, ability to operate equipment, knowledge of cleaning compounds, strong communication, ability to work under pressure, interpersonal/team building/decision-making). - Pay: Salary $16.00 (maybe per hour). Could note it's hourly. - Schedule: Normal working hours Monday-Friday 6am-3pm with one-hour unpaid lunch; shifts may change; additional hours weekends holidays may be required. - Benefits: none, omit. - About the role: Department Facilities, Reports to Maintenance Custodian Supervisor, Status Non-exempt; Full-time, maybe summary of duties? But we already have Responsibilities. Could include brief overview: "Performs a full range of custodial duties..." but that's duty. Maybe About the role includes position title? But we cannot repeat job title as heading but we can include it in paragraph. However we should not repeat job title as heading; we can include it in About the role paragraph. We must preserve all substantive info; we need to include Opening and Closing dates? Those are application metadata; but we removed application instructions; but dates are part of posting. Should we keep them? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Opening/Closing dates are minor metadata; we can fold into a short
maybe under About the role or separate paragraph. Since they are not boilerplate, we should preserve them. So include a paragraph with Opening Date: August 26 2026; Closing Date: October 1, 2026 10:00 pm (maybe also note the earlier 5:00 PM but we can mention both). We'll keep both as given. Also Required Documents: we should keep that as part of Requirements? Actually required documents are part of application; but they are substantive info about what to submit. The instruction says remove application instructions; but required documents list is part of application instructions. However it's also a requirement for application. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove Required Documents as it's application instructions. So we will not include Required Documents. Similarly Opening/Closing dates are also part of application instructions? They are metadata about timing; but they might be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short p. The instruction says "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short p with Opening and Closing dates. Thus final HTML:
