This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong mechanical and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Journeymen's card.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment
- Diagnose and fix electrical issues throughout our mill
- Work on drive systems and PLCs
- Use process meters, Hart devices, and Trex devices
- Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer manuals, and schematics
- Spec out spare parts and necessary upgrades to electrical equipment and MCCs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with distributed control systems
- Familiarity with industrial fire protection and sprinkler systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Experience with industrial plumbing applications, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler and steam systems
Pay
Starting at $35/hour
