Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility and maintenance-related projects, including scheduling, prioritization, and execution support, to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Partner with plant leadership, maintenance teams, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of facility projects, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and support facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and utilities to maintain safe and continuous operations.
- Conduct facility inspections and assist with troubleshooting equipment and operational issues to identify maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting workplace safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, project documentation, and inventory information related to facility operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes, equipment performance, and operational effectiveness.
- Communicate project updates, maintenance concerns, and operational needs effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of facilities, maintenance, manufacturing, or project coordination experience required.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, building automation, and general facility maintenance required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the facility.
- Must regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 40 pounds unassisted and occasionally more with assistance.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment
- Regularly exposed to manufacturing equipment, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures.
- The noise level in the work environment requires the use of hearing protection in designated production areas.
