Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Park and Dept. Policies and Procedures
• Maintain documentation of Training Certifications, Maintenance & Safety Standards, requisitions, etc.
• Develop and maintain area operating budget, to include daily operation and rehab projects
• Supervise department employees. This includes daily work assignments, scheduling, commendation, discipline, etc.
• Ensure rides are maintained to the highest levels of Quality, Reliability and Safety possible
• Regularly serve as duty manager for the department

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years Maintenance Management Experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given moment
• Working under pressure to be expected
• Understanding of company and governmental regulations, as relates to the industry
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be a team player, motivated, dedicated, and able to delegate tasks and duties as needed to achieve company success
