Maintenance Coordinator
About the role
The Maintenance Coordinator position at International Paper involves coordinating the purchasing and receiving of spare parts, generating and maintaining repair and inspection reports, and managing daily storeroom activities. Key responsibilities include procurement of manufacturing parts and supplies, computerized storeroom management, investigating and analyzing new supply sources, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain repair and inspection reports
- Generate tracking/closing of work orders
- Procure manufacturing parts and supplies
- Perform daily storeroom activities including parts ordering, expediting, receiving, inspecting, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control
- Investigate and analyze new sources of supply and comply with environmental regulations
- Manage invoicing and problem resolution
- Develop project kitting of parts prior to projects
- Work with finance to manage invoicing and problem resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- SAP Experience preferred
