About the role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resident Care Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents through proactive communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with residents to address their needs and concerns
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Facilitate resident meetings and events to foster a sense of community
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident interactions and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, human services, or a related field)
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or resident care role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
