About the role
Assists with planning, scheduling, and coordinating corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance activities.
- Uses common hand and power tools (e.g., hammers, drills, wrenches), precision measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices to complete tasks assigned by manager.
- Assembles, calibrates, and replaces simple machinery and components.
- Uses manuals and manufacturer's instructions to complete tasks.
- Performs routine tests and submits maintenance reports.
- Collaborates with other maintenance colleagues to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and basic technical coursework.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools and testing devices to complete job tasks.
- Understanding of automated industrial machinery and electrical systems.
- Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and measurement tools.
- Experience with complex troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and prioritize activities according to importance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any other relevant software.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.09 - $41.01 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $28.00 to $31.00 annually. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
