Purpose of Position
The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s mission by ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, and efficient manner. This position coordinates and oversees maintenance activities, oversees facility tasks, tracks inventory, and assists the Facilities Manager with follow-up on NYCHA tickets and repairs.

Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
