Responsibilities
- Supervise building, grounds, security, and mechanical asset maintenance.
- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services.
- Negotiate contracts for maintenance services.
- Conduct pre-occupancy inspections.
- Handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program.
- Plan, organize, and lead housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Review and implement plans for financial deficiencies.
- Staff and schedule housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Maintain transportation vehicles and ensure passenger safety.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Technical degree in related field.
- Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related repair techniques.
- Working knowledge of phone systems, fire panels, and emergency response systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Leadership qualities including confidence, inspiration, and motivation.
