Responsibilities

• Supervise building, grounds, security, and mechanical asset maintenance.
• Manage housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services.
• Negotiate contracts for maintenance services.
• Conduct pre-occupancy inspections.
• Handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program.
• Plan, organize, and lead housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Review and implement plans for financial deficiencies.
• Staff and schedule housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Maintain transportation vehicles and ensure passenger safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Technical degree in related field.
• Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related repair techniques.
• Working knowledge of phone systems, fire panels, and emergency response systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Leadership qualities including confidence, inspiration, and motivation.
