Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new diagnostic assays and biomarker tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assay performance meets regulatory standards.
• Perform quality control and validation of assays using advanced laboratory techniques.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all assays and experiments conducted.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss assay performance and future development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory research and assay development.
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and laboratory procedures.
• Experience with PCR, ELISA, and other relevant assays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid laboratory technician certification preferred.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, EMA, and ICH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
