Essential Duties
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for assigned aircraft
- Track maintenance requirements based on hours, cycles, and calendar intervals
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins
- Maintain accurate aircraft records and logbooks
- Cookordinate and oversee maintenance events with vendors, OEMs, and MROs
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes; recommend cost-effective solutions
- Review maintenance invoices and process warranty claims
- Perform or coordinate routine servicing and inspections as needed
- Communicate maintenance status, downtime, and return-to-service timelines with internal teams and aircraft owners
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- FAA A&P License
- 5 years of general aviation experience
Additional Skills
- Experience with maintenance tracking systems preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Vendor coordination and cost control experience
- Strong attention to details
