About the role
Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Strong understanding of PVC processing and vinyl window and door systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO and other industry-standard quality management systems.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
