About the role

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong understanding of PVC processing and vinyl window and door systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ISO and other industry-standard quality management systems.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
