Maintenance Co-ordinator
The Role

What the job involves
- Arrange and organise the workload of our trade team.
- Liaise between different departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled on a weekly basis for each of our trades people.
- Booking appointments for our team of in-house trades people.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries.
- Creating quotes for client approval.
- Ordering parts.
- Checking safety certification and sending on job completion details.
Qualifications and Experience
- Administration skills and competent with Microsoft office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team player and target driven.

Pay and Schedule
The salary offered is £23,500pa.
Schedule
You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
