Maintenance Attendant / Lawn Care

Position Summary

The position is responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings are clean and in efficient working condition. Main duties are: Grass cutting, trimming hedges and bushes, Snow removal, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, etc. Knowledge of electrical work, HVAC, and basic welding is helpful.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated knowledge with lawn tools and basic household tools
• Prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Beaver, PA location. No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays!!
