Job Summary

We are now hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. We offer a competitive salary range of $22.50 - $24.50 per hour, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Department by ensuring the facility environment is clean, safe, and comfortable. You will assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of various systems and equipment, following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Department by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable facility environment.
• Assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment.
• Follow federal, state, and local standards for maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation.
• Control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
