Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Department by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable facility environment.
• Operate, repair, and maintain boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of blueprints, wiring schematics, building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation.
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

Qualifications
