Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:
• Electrical and plumbing
• A/C and heating systems
• Pools
• Appliances
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
• Performing painting and sheetrock repairs as needed
• Tile, carpet, flooring
• Ceiling leaks
• Completing make-ready checklists and performing repairs to return vacant units to market-ready status

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Assistant.

Qualifications

We are seeking an energetic, reliable individual with a strong background in maintenance and repair. Previous experience in senior living communities is preferred but not required. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in common tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair is required.
