Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
- Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
- Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
- Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
- One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
- Possession of minimum tools required.
- Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
