Maintenance Assistant

About the role

As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform non-production equipment related minor maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as:
• Plumbing maintenance, including drain cleaning
• Low voltage electrical repair, e.g.: bulb replacements
• Repair door locks and door closers
• Flooring repairs
• Painting
• Ceiling tile replacement
• Be the confined space attendant and perform fire watch responsibilities
• Material moves / deliveries
• General maintenance related housekeeping activities
• Other facility support tasks assigned, including visitor escorting

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Management

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $27.55 per hour.
