Maintenance Assistant
About the role
As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform non-production equipment related minor maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as:
- Plumbing maintenance, including drain cleaning
- Low voltage electrical repair, e.g.: bulb replacements
- Repair door locks and door closers
- Flooring repairs
- Painting
- Ceiling tile replacement
- Be the confined space attendant and perform fire watch responsibilities
- Material moves / deliveries
- General maintenance related housekeeping activities
- Other facility support tasks assigned, including visitor escorting
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Management
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $27.55 per hour.
