Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance
• Complete maintenance documentation and report updates to supervisors
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Aid in maintaining the appearance and functionality of the facility
• Support a positive and comfortable environment for residents and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred
• Motivated, organized, and dependable team player
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Passion for supporting residents and contributing to a positive environment
