Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Missoula Valley Senior Living, located at 3620 American Way, Missoula. Come join a team of dedicated and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.

Our Maintenance Assistant is responsible for keeping our residents' living areas clean and well-maintained to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You're the right candidate if you're pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
• Completes special projects as directed

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
• Must have a valid driver's license in the State
• Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Schedule

Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday
