Requirements
- A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma.
- Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in nursing care facilities.
- Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred.
- Experience using a Zero Turn Lawn Mower Preferred.
- Experience Snow Plowing/Snow Blowing Preferred.
- Experience with Electrical, Plumbing, and Plant Maintenance
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
