Requirements
- Minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma
- Knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in nursing care facilities
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Experience using a zero-turn lawn mower preferred
- Experience snow plowing/snow blowing preferred
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and plant maintenance
- Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
