Inicio is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support their maintenance team across Tampa properties. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical skills in property maintenance and potentially grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Aid in completing work orders and general repairs
• Prepare units for new residents
• Support preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with property inspections
• Maintain common areas and grounds
• Manage supplies and inventory

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and get hands-on
• Organized and reliable
• Proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Basic handyman or repair skills (a plus)
• No HVAC certification required (will be provided)
