Maintenance Assistant Summary

As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facility's appearance and functionality. From routine tasks to skilled repairs, your contributions will directly impact the comfort and well-being of our residents and staff.

Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities

Your role encompasses a range of essential tasks, including:

• Keeping the building and grounds clean, safe, and orderly
• Maintaining and repairing basic functions of the center
• Taking responsible care of tools and equipment
• Conducting minor repairs on various elements within the facility
• Handling equipment maintenance such as HVAC filters and emergency systems
• Being available on-call for assigned 24-hour periods
• Ensuring our customers and families experience exceptional service in a compassionate atmosphere

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm and the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry
• A strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team
