Maintenance Assistant

About the role

The Maintenance Assistant will assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Director and other staff members
• Perform tasks related to facility upkeep and safety

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Previous nursing home experience preferred
