Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and repair of our facility's building, grounds, and equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and courteous manner
• Collaborate with our facilities team to plan and implement maintenance projects and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
