About the role
Location: Manhattan, KS. Facility: Via Christi Village Manhattan. Department: Maintenance & Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with performing testing, inspection, implementation and maintenance of equipment, systems and structures.
- Perform minor repairs and replacements, including replacing light bulbs and fire extinguishers, as requested/necessary.
- Perform the moving of items within/between locations and from/to storage, including furniture, equipment, and files.
- May perform duties at participant's home or place of residence.
- Know and adhere to safety codes and regulatory agency requirements.
Requirements
- Boiler Operator preferred (licensure/certification/registration).
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
