Maintenance and Concrete Technician

About the role

The Maintenance and Concrete Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all building systems and facilities. This includes but is not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment
• Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and curing
• Respond to emergency situations as needed
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail

Skills

• Concrete pouring and finishing
• Building system maintenance
• Emergency response
• First aid/CPR certification

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
