Maintenance Administrative Coordinator - Petaluma, CA

Responsibilities

• Reporting, issuing, and posting of maintenance manuals
• Aiding in the completion of conformity packages
• Aiding in the onboarding of new aircraft and technicians
• Various projects and general support of the maintenance department as needed
• Coodinates Maintenance Technician Onboarding and Training
• Assists the Manager of Quality Assurance with Vendor Approval process
• Maintains rosters for approved company and Vendor Maintenance Technicians
• Assists in the collecting and organization of data for various types of reports and projects
