Daily Functions
- Daily correction of time in Kronos/liaison with payroll department for discrepancy dispositioning.
- Oversee and guide generating the weekly work schedule for the crane operators, electrical crafts, and mechanical crafts.
- Direct supervision and provide technical assistance to Crane department employees.
- Adhere to safety and housekeeping controls.
Oracle Administration
- Requisition generation
- PO requestor for department (invoicing receipts)
- PO Inquiry Requests
Vallen/E-Crib Administrator
- Being the ATI liaison to a 3rd party contractor
- Inventory management
- Inventory discrepancy tracking
- Supports central stores at Brackenridge including remote stores locations
- Generate inventory reports and manage inquiries
Inter-Department Bid Process
- Manages inter-department bid process for all maintenance crafts and crane operations
QAP Departmental Adherence Tracking
Performs QAP departmental adherence tracking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4+ years of administrative or office manager experience
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience with a time and attendance system
- Experience leading a represented hourly workforce
- Administrative or office manager experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills Abilities
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse and represented hourly workforce
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and/or the ability to learn problem solving techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience managing a represented workforce is preferred but not required
- Candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a highly motivated team environment
