Maintenace Worker
Description
Responsible for maintaining servicing and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment. Performs maintenance duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment repairs, replacing bulbs and fixtures, as needed. Completes work orders as directed by the department manager or maintenance lead. Performs seasonal work such as shoveling snow as needed. Provides excellent customer service to residents and fellow employees.
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience Requirements
Two years of experience is accepted in lieu of a high school diploma or equivalency.
Pay
The pay range is $17.25 to $22.54 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
