Maintainance III

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all manufacturing and plant equipment.
• Work with related equipment including hand tools, measuring tools, power tools, meters, saws, welding cutting equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical & PLC troubleshooting skills, electrical problems.
• Dismantle machines and equipment, replace defective parts, adjust feed mechanisms, adjust sensors.
• Install electrical raceways and bend & fit conduit.
• Work on special Engineering projects panel building, machine modifications.
• Assemble fixturing, machine assemblies from complicated print and drawing machine manuals.
• Use hand tools: drill, mill, lathe as needed to make repairs and details as needed.
• Follows safety rules and keeps the work area clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years - 5 years maintenance experience.
• Experience working on mechanical equipment.
• Experience working with pneumatic systems.
• Experience working with Electrical systems (voltages 24-120- 460vac).
• PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Electrical panel building skills.
• Basic Hydraulic skills.
• Experience working with power tools.
• Welding cutting fabrication skills.
