What You’ll Do

• Support production by reducing equipment and tooling downtime using preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues with a goal of maintaining less than 30-minute mean time to repair (MTTR)
• Assist in fabrication, installation, and implementation of equipment and facility improvement projects
• Maintain and monitor a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with MSDS and all applicable regulations
• Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and findings
• Follow all emergency procedures and company safety protocols
• Take on additional responsibilities assigned to support operations

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred minimum 1 year)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Solid technical understanding of machinery, equipment, and components
• Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
