Pay Range: $39.39-$52.52 per flat rate hour

Qualifications
The Mainline Technician must be experienced in the following areas:
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena
Requirements
1 year or more of automotive mainline technician experience
Technical Auto training or Land Rover certifications, ASEs are a plus
Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
Willingness to undergo our background requirements
Skills
Experienced in performing work as outlined on repair orders
Capable of diagnosing and repairing malfunctions
Knowledgeable in automotive diagnosis technology and digital manuals
Schedule
Technicians are scheduled 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred
